All appointments require a 48h notice to reschedule or cancel. Due to the nature of this industry, it is difficult to fill an appointment slot on short notice so please be mindful if you need to reschedule or cancel close to your appointment date and time.

A no-call or no-show appointment will result in a deposit of 50% of missed service fee required to rebook. Multiple infractions will result in the termination of stylist - client relationship.

All new extension install appointments require a $500 nonrefundable deposit which will be deducted from your grand total on the day of your service. This deposit is nonrefundable and cancelling your appointment forfeits your deposit.

In terms of the hair extensions themselves, there are several trusted hair brands and brokers I work with to provide the best quality product possible. Quality can vary drastically brand-to-brand, and continued partnership with these brands allows me to ensure reliable results when coloring, cutting, installing, and maintaining your investment. It is, of course, my priority to be able to provide the highest level of service possible for my clients. For this reason, I do not allow clients to bring outside hair not purchased through Alchemy Atelier for their extension appointments. Exceptions may be made on a case-to-case basis, however purchasing your extensions in-house covers lifetime coloring and color maintenance of that hair. In the exception that outside hair is being used, standard coloring fees will apply as a separate surcharge.

There is a 15-minute grace period when running late on appointments; I will do my best to accomodate the service in the event of a late arrival but this may result in services being shortened or amended to fit the time frame.

Due to the nature of this work, all sales are final and services are not eligible for refunds. In the event that you are wanting an adjustment to the style we have created, please reach out within 7 days of your appointment and I will be happy to make refinements.

Haircoloring and styling involve the use of chemicals that may result in allergic or otherwise adverse reactions. It is the responsibility of the client to disclose any allergies or sensitivities prior to the start of the service. Furthermore, the service provider is not liable to damage caused due to client negligence or failure to follow aftercare guidance or recommendations.
